Marcel A. Bryar, Esq.
An accomplished attorney and business executive in the U.S. residential mortgage industry, Marcel Bryar has more than 20 years of experience in mortgage operations, regulation, and policy oversight, holding executive positions at Fannie Mae, JPM Chase and as a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice.
While at Fannie Mae, Bryar led the development and implementation of the Making Home Affordable (MHA) program, the servicing alignment initiative of the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), Fannie Mae’s regulatory consent order, and at JP Morgan Chase, he managed implementation of the National Mortgage Settlement. Bryar received his Juris Doctorate degree from Yale Law School in 1993. Ed Delgado, AMP
Ed Delgado, is a 25-year veteran of the mortgage industry, having held executive positions at Freddie Mac, Wells Fargo and JPM Chase (formerly, Dime Savings Bank). While at Wells Fargo, Delgado played an integral role as a recognized leader in the mortgage community, government agencies and industry trade groups in Washington, D.C.
Delgado served as a representative to the U.S. Department of the Treasury, supporting efforts to develop programs to prevent residential foreclosures. Delgado is a former member of the Housing Policy Council of the Financial Services Roundtable and chaired various subcommittees for the HOPE NOW Alliance. He also served, as chairman of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) Advisory Council.
